• Forgotten Password
  Use the “Reset Password” button on the login page to receive a new password via email.

• Email Not Recognized
  The account may have been set up under a former employee/owner’s email. In this case, you’ll need to use the  Log-in or reclaim this Listing button .

• Expired Account
  If your membership or listing has expired, your login may be disabled. Follow the instructions below to re-claim your business.

🏢 How to Claim Your Business Listing

If your business is listed but you can’t access it, follow these steps:

1. Find Your Listing
   Search for your business name in the Chamber Directory by going  to: https://www.chamberbusinesslist.com
2. Click “Log-in or Re-claim this Listing Now”
   This button appears on your business profile and starts the claim process.
3. Choose a Membership Plan
   Select a free or paid plan. Premium plans offer higher visibility, multiple category placements, and features like reviews and coupons.
4. Create an Account or Log In
   If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one using your email and password.
5. Verify Ownership
   You may be asked to confirm your connection to the business through a verification step.
6. Update Your Profile
   Once verified, you can edit your listing—add contact info, photos, website links, and more.
