If you find your business in the directory, do not create another listing.
Your business may already have an account connected to it.
Start with Member Login
Click Member Login at the top of ChamberBusinessList.com or use the button above.
Enter the email address and password associated with your account, then select Login Now.

Great. Do not create another listing.
Instead, check your business listing to determine your next step.
I See "Claim This Listing"
If Claim This Listing appears on your business profile, the listing is available to be claimed.
Click Claim This Listing and follow the instructions to begin managing your business profile.
Important: If your business is already listed, claim the existing listing rather than creating a new one.
I Don't See "Claim This Listing"
If Claim This Listing does not appear, the listing may already be associated with an account.
Try logging into your existing account:

If you don't remember your password, use the Forgot Password option.
I Forgot My Password
If you know the email address associated with your account but don't remember your password:
Go to the Member Login page.
Select Forgot Password.
Follow the password-reset instructions sent to your email.

I Don't Remember Which Email Address I Used
That's okay.
Please don't create another business listing.

If your account is associated with an email address you no longer have access to, don't create a new listing to work around the problem.

Northwest Valley Chamber Members
Your Chamber Membership Includes Business Visibility Benefits.
If you're a Northwest Valley Chamber of Commerce member, don't automatically purchase a new public listing if you're trying to access or establish your business profile.
If your business is already listed:
Do not create another listing.
Contact the Chamber if you need help accessing your profile or making sure the appropriate Chamber Visibility Plan is connected to your business.
If your business isn't listed:
Contact the Chamber before going through the standard public signup process.

→ Don't create a duplicate listing.
Avoid Duplicate Business Listings
Please check the directory before creating a new business listing.
If you find your company listed more than once, or you're unsure which listing you should use, don't create another listing or claim multiple profiles.
